Who is responsible

This website is run by Miriam Felici, who is responsible for the processing of personal data described here (data controller). Contact: miriamfelici@gmail.com

What data is processed

  • Technical data of your visit. This site has no forms, no user accounts and uses no cookies for tracking or advertising. To deliver the pages and keep the site secure, the hosting provider automatically records technical data in server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time of the request.
  • Emails you send me. If you write to me, I use your email address and your message only to reply to you.

Why, and on what legal basis

  • Technical data: to operate the website and keep it secure — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Emails: to answer your request — steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or legitimate interest.

How long

  • Server logs are kept by the hosting provider only for the short period needed for security and operation.
  • Emails are kept only as long as needed for our conversation.

Who else is involved

  • Hosting: GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages, United States), which processes the technical data on my behalf. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
  • External links: links to LinkedIn, Behance and project websites lead to services with their own privacy policies.

No personal data is sold or used for profiling or advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to miriamfelici@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
